60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return your purchase within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to both unopened and opened product bottles. To qualify for a return, please ensure you return the item along with its original product packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@kaironova.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  4. Important Return Shipping Address: All physical returns must be mailed directly to our returns facility at: 2021 Old Mountain Rd, Statesville, NC 28625, United States.
  5. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@kaironova.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
