60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return your purchase within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund — even if the product has been opened. To qualify, the return must include the original packaging and at least 50% of the product remaining.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@kaironova.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@kaironova.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
